Its geographical focus is generally Busch Boulevard to the south, Bearss Avenue to the north, and interstates 75 and 275 to the east and west, including parts of the City of Tampa, Temple Terrace and unincorporated Hillsborough County.

Busch Gardens
Busch Gardens offers 300 acres of fascinating attractions based on exotic explorations around the world. Busch Gardens hosts millions of guests from around the country and world to Tampa every year and is owned and operated by SeaWorld Entertainment, Inc.
University Mall (RD Management)
RD Management purchased University Mall in December 2014. RD Property Management, LLC, specializes in the retail sector. RD Management has over 18 million square feet of neighborhood and community shopping centers throughout the United States and Puerto Rico.

Administration Hospital
A teaching hospital providing a full range of patient care services for veterans living in Hillsborough, Hernando, Pasco and Polk counties with state-of-the-art technology, as well as education and research.
Advent Health Tampa
Advent Health Advent Health is one of the largest not-for-profit hospital families in the U.S., caring for more than 1 million patient visits per year. Advent Health-Tampa has grown into a 475 licensed-bed facility that is home to five Centers of Excellence.
University of South Florida
Founded in 1956, USF ranks 45th in the nation among both public and private universities in research expenditures, according to the National Science Foundation.
