This can include advances such as a new job training program; new patient care training program; new community health program; new process; new organization or business; a new piece of equipment, product, or device; or a new innovative space or building. it must be very impactful on the delivery of healthcare.

Jack Kolosky retired as President of Moffitt Cancer Hospital in 2021, the last ten years of which he served as Moffitt’s representative on the Tampa Innovation Partnership’s Executive Board of Directors. His leadership and counsel has been instrumental in the establishment and operation of the organization and contributed greatly to the development of Tampa’s Uptown as an Innovation District.
