UPTOWN TAMPA – The day after her successor was unanimously approved by the Florida Board of Governor’s, President Judy Genshaft welcomed a group of leaders from the Tampa !p Advisory Board to the 7th floor of the Interdisciplinary Sciences Building to have lunch and discuss USF, Uptown Tampa, and her experiences as the university’s President for the past 19 years. Dr. Genshaft’s last official day at President will be June 30th after which she will be succeeded by Dr. Steve Currall.

Advisory Board Leadership Luncheons strengthen the relationship between Tampa !p’s Executive Board and Advisory Board by offering an opportunity for informational visits to anchor institutions and casual, small-group conversation with the leaders of our Anchor members.

The next Leadership Luncheon is slated for May 23rd hosted by H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center Chief Operating Officer and President, Jack Kolosky.
