Below is the Uptown Strategic Action Plan completed in January of 2021.
The Uptown Strategic Action Plan (SAP) was created to lay the groundwork for the Uptown District to become one of the foremost innovation districts in the United States. The plan was created to support and encourage a formalized process for positive, inclusive transformation in the Uptown District. The Uptown SAP is a specific outcome of the December 19, 2019 Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signed by Hillsborough County, City of Tampa, Tampa Innovation Partnership, and several of its anchor institutions.
